We are catalysts connecting young Black people to entrepreneurial education and experiences that ignite their unrealized possibilities. Our engaging programs, dynamic curriculum, and community of allies transform their leadership pathway from start to finish.

Only 54% of Gen Z believe the education system is preparing them for the future of work. Employers feel similarly, often finding that new employees don’t have the required skill sets to succeed.
Our focus extends beyond developing entrepreneurs; we cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset. This mindset equips young innovators to become confident intrapreneurs —advocates of innovation, workforce reform, and creativity within their organizations and beyond.
